Omega Chapter House Fund 2024
As you may know, we recently acquired a permanent home, located at 132 N. Breese Terrace, thanks in part to donations from generous alumni. This property is spacious, with the capacity to house over 30 fraternity members, and is well located across from Camp Randall.
As we look towards the future, we want to ensure we can continue to recruit and maintain high quality members. There are now some critical improvements and updates that we are planning while also remaining up to safety code. These include life safety measures such as a sprinkler system and alarm system, as well as a new patio and outdoor landscape that is being planned for this Fall. These are being supported for the moment through a bank loan, but we are hoping to offset these costs through donations from alumni.
By supporting the Omega Chapter, you will help us ensure that our members have access to a safe and comfortable living space that fosters brotherhood and supports their academic and personal growth. We thank you for your support and commitment to our fraternity and its mission. Together, we can make this new property a home that our members can be proud of.
Contributions to the House Fund are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. If you need to make a tax-deductible gift, please reach out to foundation@pilambdaphi.org to help you give through the Pi Lambda Phi Foundation.
